What happens next

- The registry reads your packageIt reads the package the way an application would and compares what it says with this page, usually within a few minutes. GitHub notifies you of the result.
- Your claim is recorded and the site updatesIf anything disagrees, the result says what. Edit your submission on GitHub and it is read again — nobody has to approve anything.
